How do I reset my password?
Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email.
How do I enable 2FA?
Go to Settings > Security > Two-Factor Authentication and follow the setup wizard.
What if I lose my recovery phrase?
Unfortunately, without your recovery phrase, we cannot recover your wallet. Always store it securely.
Transactions
How long do transactions take?
Transaction times vary by network. Bitcoin takes 10-60 minutes, Ethereum 1-5 minutes.
Why is my transaction pending?
Transactions require network confirmations. Check the blockchain explorer for details.
Can I cancel a transaction?
Once broadcast to the network, transactions cannot be cancelled. Always double-check before sending.
Fees & Limits
What are network fees?
Network fees are paid to blockchain miners/validators, not to CryptoPal.
Are there withdrawal limits?
Limits depend on your verification level. Check Settings > Account Limits.
Does CryptoPal charge fees?
We charge a small service fee for swaps and trades, clearly displayed before confirmation.
